Hello Cornerstone Family,
Cornerstone’s Administration Team wants to serve each of our families the best way possible, while continuing to provide the best education possible to our students. Therefore, we have created a quick online survey for our families to complete, to let us know if they prefer for their child to attend school, on-campus in a classroom setting or online using a virtual learning platform, for the upcoming school year. Cornerstone is planning to offer both options to our students.
Please click the link below and complete the online survey for your family. Please complete this survey as soon as possible.

Option #1: Virtual Online Learning
Students will take all of their classes online, from home, 5 days per week. Students may checkout a computer from Cornerstone, if needed. Students will need internet access at home.
Option #2: On-Campus Traditional Classroom
Students will report to school, 5 days per week, and will take all their classes on-campus, in a normal classroom setting. The following safety protocols will be in place for students that will be attending on-campus classes.
Face Masks
All students and staff members will be provided with a Reusable Face Mask, free of charge, at the beginning of the school year. Students and staff are strongly encouraged to wear their face mask while on campus.
Thermometer – On Campus Kiosk
A Thermometer Kiosk will be at the entrance of the school building. All students, staff members, parents, and visitors will have their temperature taken each day, upon entering the school building. Anyone with a fever of 100.4 or higher will not be permitted to enter the school building.
Thermometer – School Buses
Each school bus will be equipped with a touchless forehead thermometer. Each student will have their temperature taken each day, upon walking onto the school bus. Students with a fever of 100.4 or higher will not be permitted to ride the school bus.
Hand Sanitizer Stations
Additional Hand Sanitizer Stations have been installed around the school building. Students and staff members will be encouraged to use these Hand Sanitizer Stations frequently throughout the day.
Hand Washing
Time periods will be scheduled throughout the day for students and staff to wash their hands. We have also installed Hand Washing Stations on each playground. All students and staff will be required to wash their hands before leaving the playground to come back to class. In addition, hand washing posters are on display throughout the school building, reminding everyone to wash their hands frequently.
Thank you for your input to help make this upcoming school year a great success.
