Dr. Jeff Strickland retired from the U.S. Navy with 20 years of service. He has performed military duties such as aviation maintenance and various instructor duties in California and Florida.

Dr. Strickland has 13 years of experience as a civilian contractor and instructor training military and civilian personnel on policy analysis and training. He has taught college level courses for Embry Riddle Aeronautical University. Mr. Strickland received his bachelor’s and master’s degrees from Embry Riddle Aeronautical University in Daytona Beach, Florida and received his Doctorate in Public Policy and Administration from Walden University in Minnesota. Dr. Strickland has a passion for mentoring school children and helping others to succeed.
