Henry McNair
Upper School Science Teacher

Mr. Henry McNair is honored to begin his first year teaching Middle School Science at Cornerstone Christian School. He was born and raised in Jacksonville, Florida, where he attended Jean Ribault High School. Mr. McNair's passion for education and youth development led him to pursue higher education at Bethune-Cookman University in Daytona Beach, Florida, where he earned his degree in Physical Education.

Before joining the team at Cornerstone Christian School, he taught for four years at Joshua Christian Academy and one year at Young Kids in Motion Academy. Throughout his career in education, he has remained committed to inspiring, mentoring, and equipping students with the tools they need to become confident, responsible, and successful young adults.

Mr. McNair currently resides in the Riverside area near downtown Jacksonville with his wife and our four wonderful children. Outside the classroom, he enjoys hiking and exploring Florida’s natural beauty, as well as attending reptile and animal expos around the state. These activities reflect his lifelong curiosity for science and nature—interests he strives to pass on to my students.

His mission as an educator is rooted in service, community involvement, and a deep commitment to empowering the next generation through faith-based education and positive mentorship.
